  • Alternate methods of communication for other services may be offered when deemed clinically appropriate.

Our Treatment Philosophy, Vision & Mission

Crestwyn Behavioral Health is dedicated to ensuring that we become an integral part of not only the Germantown community, but of the entire Memphis, Tennessee, region. While our building is new, our caring and compassionate staff members have extensive experience helping adults and adolescents, and all are dedicated to working toward making Crestwyn a pillar of wellness within the community.

Our Vision

Our state-of-the-art hospital boasts a tranquil setting, surrounded by trees, fields, and beautiful seasonal flora and fauna. In this setting, patients can work toward healing without feeling as though they are confined in an institutional setting. Our bright patient rooms afford individuals the safety, comfort, and respite that they need as they work toward healing.

Our courtyard areas offer a sense of serenity and a break from the chaos of the outside world where patients can enjoy a time of relaxation. Our large gymnasium provides patients with an opportunity to engage in exercise or recreational activities, which enhances their ability to benefit from a truly well-rounded approach to care.

At Crestwyn Behavioral Health, our vision is to be recognized as a leading behavioral health hospital. In order to develop a reputation as such, we are dedicated to the following:

  • We strive to gain a true understanding of our patients and their families, approaching them with sensitivity to the challenges that they are facing.

I loved the staff! Most of the techs and nurses were wonderful. The doctors were great, too. I would choose it again if I had to go back.
